In any cases, where the Trustee issues a debtor refund over $200.00, the check will be mailed to the Attorney of record and the Trustee will send the debtor a copy of the transmittal letter which is mailed to the attorney with the check.

Case Completed
Any funds received that are not necessary to satisfy creditors will be refunded to the debtor.

Case Dismissed
Funds received before the case is dismissed will be disbursed to creditors, absent a court order to the contrary. Funds received in a confirmed plan after the Dismissal will be refunded to the debtor.*

Case Converted
All funds on hand at the time of the conversion will be paid to the debtor, absent a court order to the contrary.*

*If a case is dismissed or converted prior to confirmation, all funds received, less adequate protection payments, will be refunded to the debtor.
