The Trustee will send you a summary of your case about twice a year. The summary will show the payments your have made, the amounts that your creditors are claiming, and how much your creditors have received. The summary will also tell you the number of months your plan will take IF your plan payments continue as scheduled. Please review the summary carefully for any discrepancies.

You may also contact the Trustee’s office at any time if you need any information sooner or if you have any other questions about your case. The summary of your case is an estimate relative to the payoff. The percentage that you are paying to creditors may change because of additional payments to your creditors from your tax refunds or because not all of your creditors have filed claims (if your plan is less than 100% payment to all creditors with unsecured claims).

The summary should also be considered an estimate because the Trustee fees are set from time to time by the Office of the U.S. Trustee. The Trustee fee may rise or fall pursuant to the Order of the U.S. Trustee and that may change the amount of your payoff.
